Sonar Managed Services is a new offering from Datrix. Over the past 15 years, Datrix has built a solid reputation for effective and expert IT support, particularly for businesses based in London with between 31 and 80 computer users. We live and work with new technology, and have been searching for better tools to enable us to provide a better level of IT support to our customers, and to extend our IT support services to regional offices and remote Users located outside of the London area. Sonar enables us to add a powerful range of Managed IT Support Services to our established IT support provision. It enables us to monitor your IT resources 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In most cases, it notifies us of system problems before they occur, and helps us to prevent servers and desktop computers from failing and causing unnecessary downtime. It also reduces or even eliminates the need for you to call out IT support engineers to fix a problem or deal with a crisis. This has the direct benefit of making IT support costs manageable and predictable.

In addition to its more advanced capabilities, Sonar provides a range of tools for performing regular maintenance tasks such as:
